Atalanta continues to strengthen its strategic communications and global public affairs team with the appointment of Mara Silvestri as Senior Account Director.
Mara brings extensive experience in digital and campaign strategy to the Atalanta team, with over a decade of experience driving impact across the public, private and third sectors. Her expertise spans ESG communications, digital advocacy, and strategic partnership development.
Mara joins Atalanta from Flag Communication, where she focussed on the development of major communications retainers and launched pioneering sustainability communications initiatives for multinational clients. Previously, she served as Director of Digital Communications at One Young World where she managed the organisation's digital communications strategy and engagement with its audience of over 1 million followers.
At Atalanta, she will work closely with the leadership team to enhance the agency's innovative digital capabilities and drive the development of strategic communications frameworks for clients. Mara will focus on developing integrated communications strategies helping clients to accelerate impact on the biggest issues facing societies. Mara joins alongside Jahan Kotowski who recently started with Atalanta as an Account Executive having started her career as a signed singer-songwriter in Los Angeles.
